Greenzone WPC wall and ceiling panel was tested by National center for safety quality supervision and testing of fire-proof building products, combustion performance reach B1 grade,
Monomer combustion is 109 which is less than 120, which is comply with the standard. For transverse flame spread length, the edge of the long wing is not reached which is comply with the standard. 600s total output of heat is 6.9 which is less than 7.5 and comply with the standard. The length of combustion 60s frame height≦150mm which is company with the standard. Within 60s there is no burning drips.

QUALITY CONTROL
Color stability control:
In order to reduce the color deviation in bulk productions, we control it from the raw material, mix the raw material and colorant with formulated percent, make sure the color sample match the color standard, and then the bulk will follow this color sample strictly to control the color.
Bulk production control:
Raw material purchased & bulk production controlled strictly to ensure our products’ competition in products’ surface grain, durability and color control. Some tests will be taken in our laboratory before the delivery, includes the boiling test, flexural test, UV aging test, ensure the good quality for the bulk.

Can I use rock salt to melt ice on my decking?
Calcium chloride or rock salt can be used to melt ice and snow on decking. Care should be taken to rinse off when the weather makes this practical. Use plastic shovels (never metal) to remove snow and ice. A metal shovel can possibly chip the decking surface and void the warranty.
Can you use it for load bearing applications (i.e structural)?
Same as you would not use certain types of wood, it is not recommended to use composite decking boards in structural applications.
Can you bend WPC decking?
It can be heated up and bent, but this is a job best left to a professional installer or done at the factory during the production process.
How does the price of deck compare with timber decking?
While the initial cost to build a pine or hardwood deck may be lower, the value of a deck truly comes into its own over the longer term, easy to install and low maintenance and significant cost and time savings.
How safe is WPC?
