Greenzone vertical timber battens is produced from wood plastic composite (WPC) which is manufactured by an extrusion process using a mix of recycled plastics and hardwood wastes with various bespoke additives.

PRODUCT FEATURES
- 1. Wood power and raw material are placed into the blender and mixed evenly.Pellets are then extruded out at a standard temperature.
- 2. According to the formulas,different pellets are placed into blender and mixed evenly.
- 3. Profile will be then extruded out through a mold.After cooling down,profiles are solidified,forming the shape as the mold.
- 4. Cutting the standard size or according to the customer requirement.
- 5. Profile processing—grain surface,brushed surface,embossed surface,anti-UV surface.
- 6. Glue the film into the surface to protect it.
- 7. Package&deliver.

RECOMMENDED PROFILES
Greenzone outdoor decking are made of recycled natural wood powder and High Density Polyethylene(HDPE) which result in the high tensile strength and brilliant characteristic compared with the others.
Looks and feels like real wood when you walk on the decking just like a quiet excursion into the forest.
QUALITY CONTROL
Color stability control:
In order to reduce the color deviation in bulk productions, we control it from the raw material, mix the raw material and colorant with formulated percent, make sure the color sample match the color standard,and then the bulk will follow this color sample strictly to control the color.
Bulk production control:
Raw material purchased & bulk production controlled strictly to ensure our products’ competition in products’ surface grain, durability and color control.Some tests will be taken in our laboratory before the delivery, includes the boiling test, flexural test,UV aging test,enusre the good quality for the bulk.
PACKING & DELIVERY
Standard Package:
Indoor product(indoor wall panel,ceiling and timber tube)–carton package, outdoor product(outdoor decking ,cladding and timber tube)–woven bag package. Customized package such as packed with pallet can be provided.

Why Greenzone products are environmental friendly?
Our products are made of the primarily recycled natural waste timber , can be recycled after wpc products’ lifetime is over.
What is the length of your products? Is your product cuttable?
Our product standard length is 3 meter, if for the cargo loading, 2.8 meter or 5.8 meter is suggested,the maximum length we can do is 5.8 meter. Greenzone product are cuttable and 5 mm longer for backup, you can cut by yourself for the actual usage.
Can these WPC composite product looks more natural?
Of course, we can do some surface treatment on the products, such as brushed, embossed and wood grain, which can be looks more like the wood but durable than wood.
HOW SAFE IS WPC?
WPC is non toxic, splinter-proof, making it ideal for children .
