QUALITY CONTROL
Color stability control:
In order to reduce the color deviation in bulk productions, we control it from the raw material, mix the raw material and colorant with formulated percent, make sure the color sample match the color standard, and then the bulk will follow this color sample strictly to control the color.
Bulk production control:
Raw material purchased & bulk production controlled strictly to ensure our products’ competition in products’ surface grain, durability and color control. Some tests will be taken in our laboratory before the delivery, includes the boiling test, flexural test, UV aging test, ensure the good quality for the bulk.
PACKING & DELIVERY
Standard Package:
Indoor product (indoor wall panel, ceiling and timber tube)–carton package, outdoor product (outdoor decking, cladding and timber tube)–woven bag package. Customized package such as packed with pallet can be provided.
GREENZONE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will WPC Decking rot or decay like wood?
WPC has been extensively tested under hostile accelerated aging conditions by outside laboratories. It is warranted to resist rot and fungal decay when properly installed and maintained.
Does WPC Decking require painting or staining?
WPC Decking does not require painting or staining. As with any outdoor surface, periodic cleaning is required.
Will garden furniture scratch or mark my deck?
We recommend that you use felt feet on your garden furniture as this prevents marks appearing on the decking. As with other flooring surfaces, if heavier objects are dragged or moved across the decking marks can appear. For heavy items (tables, planters, solid chairs, etc.) we recommend lifting them to be moved, rather than dragging.
