QUALITY CONTROL
Color stability control:
In order to reduce the color deviation in bulk productions, we control it from the raw material, mix the raw material and colorant with formulated percent, make sure the color sample match the color standard, and then the bulk will follow this color sample strictly to control the color.
Bulk production control:
Raw material purchased & bulk production controlled strictly to ensure our products’ competition in products’ surface grain, durability and color control. Some tests will be taken in our laboratory before the delivery, includes the boiling test, flexural test, UV aging test, ensure the good quality for the bulk.
PACKING & DELIVERY
Standard Package:
Indoor product (indoor wall panel, ceiling and timber tube)–carton package, outdoor product (outdoor decking, cladding and timber tube)–woven bag package. Customized package such as packed with pallet can be provided.

What is WPC?
WPC is new decorative material which is made of wood powder and recycled plastic with extrusion and compression moulding technoligies.
WPC=60% wood powder+30% plastic+10% additives.
WPC is 100% recyclable, ecofriendly composite material.
Are wood plastic composite products environmentally friendly?
Yes. Because WPC will not splinter, warp or fade the way wood does, it dramatically reduces the wasteful cycle of repair and replacement and eliminates the frequent application of environmentally harmful paint, sealers and stains.
Do WPC products need the good ventilation and drainage?
Yes. It’s important to pay attention to clearance on butt joins (end to end), spacing between boards (side to side), and minimum ground clearance. Lack of ventilation and drainage will make products to swell over time.
