QUALITY CONTROL
Color stability control:
In order to reduce the color deviation in bulk productions, we control it from the raw material, mix the raw material and colorant with formulated percent, make sure the color sample match the color standard,and then the bulk will follow this color sample strictly to control the color.
Bulk production control:
Raw material purchased & bulk production controlled strictly to ensure our products’ competition in products’ surface grain, durability and color control. Some tests will be taken in our laboratory before the delivery, includes the boiling test, flexural test, UV aging test, ensure the good quality for the bulk.

GREENZONE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is Greenzone products structural?
GREENZONE wood plastic composite products are not structural and should only be used for intended design purposes such as walking surfaces, guardrail systems, fencing and trim.
How do I cut the tubes?
The best option for cutting is to use a chop-saw or a jig-saw with a small toothed blade–ideally 80 Tungston Carbide teeth on a 210mm diameter blade and on a high speed. The wider the diameter of the blade the more teeth required. A 310mm blade would need at least 120 teeth (or more).
Do you recommend a cleaning product for the composite products?
We recommend that you use warm soapy water to begin with or a pressure washer. For strong stains (such as berries), if necessary, a light solution of bleach and water can be used.
Can I be your distributor?
Depends on which country. For the country which we do not have exclusive distributor yet it’s considerable. We suggest to establish cooperating first and knowing each other further, then we can discuss the agreement details clearly.
Are there toxic problems the consumer should be aware of?
There are no toxic chemicals or preservatives involved in the manufacturing of WPC products.
