Color stability control:
In order to reduce the color deviation in bulk productions, we control it from the raw material, mix the raw material and colorant with formulated percent, make sure the color sample match the color standard,and then the bulk will follow this color sample strictly to control the color.
Bulk production control:
Raw material purchased & bulk production controlled strictly to ensure our products’ competition in products’ surface grain, durability and color control. Some tests will be taken in our laboratory before the delivery, includes the boiling test, flexural test, UV aging test, ensure the good quality for the bulk.

Greenzone eco wood is highly durable and is warranted against cracking, splitting, rotting, flaking or peeling, splinters, water and moisture. Please refer to our warranty document.
How does the price of the eco timber tube compare with hardwood?
While the initial cost to build a pine or hardwood may be lower, the value of the material truly comes into its own over the longer term, easy to install and low maintenance and significant cost and time savings.
Are wood plastic composite products environmentally friendly?
Yes. Because WPC will not splinter, warp or fade the way wood does, it dramatically reduces the wasteful cycle of repair and replacement and eliminates the frequent application of environmentally harmful paint, sealers and stains.
How many years can your WPC tubes be used?
The lifetime of our eco tube is about 20 years under natural condition, and the theoretical service life can reach up to 25 years and more, according to our laboratory standard test.
What is the MOQ of partition wall timber tube prices?
Usually we keep 2000 meters as MOQ for ceiling, and 300 sqm as MOQ for WPC wall panels.
