DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Each of WPC wall and ceiling panel has installation slot which is pr-considerate for installation, after installed the first WPC board with nail gun to the installation slot, we put the second WPC board to interlock the first board, piece by piece, consistent appearance is seen. Some of item has same thickness, two different model can be installed to achieve changeable design.

QUALITY CONTROL
Color stability control:
In order to reduce the color deviation in bulk productions, we control it from the raw material, mix the raw material and colorant with formulated percent, make sure the color sample match the color standard, and then the bulk will follow this color sample strictly to control the color.
Bulk production control:
Raw material purchased & bulk production controlled strictly to ensure our products’ competition in products’ surface grain, durability and color control. Some tests will be taken in our laboratory before the delivery, includes the boiling test, flexural test, UV aging test, ensure the good quality for the bulk.

WPC Decking can be easily installed with standard woodworking tools, including hammer, skill saw, rasp, level, and square. Standard carbide saw blades with less than 20 teeth are recommended.
