QUALITY CONTROL
Color stability control:
In order to reduce the color deviation in bulk productions, we control it from the raw material, mix the raw material and colorant with formulated percent, make sure the color sample match the color standard,and then the bulk will follow this color sample strictly to control the color.
Bulk production control:
Raw material purchased & bulk production controlled strictly to ensure our products’ competition in products’ surface grain, durability and color control. Some tests will be taken in our laboratory before the delivery, includes the boiling test, flexural test, UV aging test, ensure the good quality for the bulk.

What is Greenzone composite decking made of?
Greenzone composite decking is made from cellulose material (hardwood sawdust ground into a wood flour) and recycled and virgin polyolefin plastic.
Can Greenzone composite tube be used as a structural material?
No, Greenzone composite material is designed as decorative materials and is classed as “non-structural” material.
Can I use the indoor products for outdoor?
Not suggested, but if for semi-outdoor ceiling, it is ok and must coat with anti-uv paint every few months to keep the color.
Is your products fire resistance?
For indoor profiles, yes!
For outdoor profiles like decking normally be used for the swimming pool, standard formula without fire classification. But fire-resistance formula can be customize on request.
What’s the lifespan of indoor wall panel/ceiling?
With proper installation the lifespan can last for 20 years.
