Special color are developed for these series of patented items, green, yellow, and black color are included. W81 has been installed to chain training school “ shutong English training school” which has reached Bf1 fire retardant requirement.

QUALITY CONTROL
Color stability control:
In order to reduce the color deviation in bulk productions, we control it from the raw material, mix the raw material and colorant with formulated percent, make sure the color sample match the color standard, and then the bulk will follow this color sample strictly to control the color.
Bulk production control:
Raw material purchased & bulk production controlled strictly to ensure our products’ competition in products’ surface grain, durability and color control. Some tests will be taken in our laboratory before the delivery, includes the boiling test, flexural test, UV aging test, ensure the good quality for the bulk.

How heavy is Greenzone decking?
Greenzone decking boards are 50-70% heavier than comparable lumber sections.
Is Greenzone products structural?
GREENZONE wood plastic composite products are not structural and should only be used for intended design purposes such as walking surfaces, guardrail systems, fencing and trim.
Can I paint or stain the decking?
GREENZONE DECKING BOARD never needs painting. The rich color and protective finish are engineered right into the shell, and the shell is designed to remain free of rotting, splitting, splintering and insect damage. While painting the decking may void your warranty.
Will the decking/cladding co-extrusion layer peal off?
Definitely not! The layer and the core materials are extruded at the same time, it’s a full body product, just like human body and skin.
Will the decking/cladding co-extrusion layer melt under hot weather?
Definitely not! We’ve tested the board to put it into the oven under 80degree for 7days, the layer no any melt or fading.
