QUALITY CONTROL
Color stability control:
In order to reduce the color deviation in bulk productions, we control it from the raw material, mix the raw material and colorant with formulated percent, make sure the color sample match the color standard, and then the bulk will follow this color sample strictly to control the color.
Bulk production control:
Raw material purchased & bulk production controlled strictly to ensure our products’ competition in products’ surface grain, durability and color control. Some tests will be taken in our laboratory before the delivery, includes the boiling test, flexural test, UV aging test, ensure the good quality for the bulk.
PACKING & DELIVERY
Standard Package:
Indoor product (indoor wall panel, ceiling and timber tube)–carton package, outdoor product (outdoor decking, cladding and timber tube)–woven bag package. Customized package such as packed with pallet can be provided.
GREENZONE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If I use timber joists to support Greenzone composite decking, will the joists need any maintenance over time?
Timber joists will eventually rot so depending on the timber quality they may not last as well as the Greenzone composite decking. Greenzone recommend and supply a waterproof joist protection tape that is recommended for all timber joist deck installations. The joist tape will greatly increase the life of the timber joists by effectively waterproofing the top of the timber joists.
What is the minimum height required to install Greenzone composite decking over soil or over concrete?
Greenzone composite decking is virtually waterproof and can be installed as low as 100mm above well drained soil/screenings or 25mm above self-draining concrete as long as the area below the deck is well drained and there is no opportunity for any water to pool and remain for long periods under the decking.
How can I tell 1st generation, 2nd generation product?
For outdoor profiles, we have 1st generation, 2nd generation and 3rd generation products.
The difference between 2G and 1G:
① 2G is capped with Full Protective Shield which offers 360℃ protection against water, termite, stains, snow and sun damage.
②The finish of 2G will be more rich, natural and authentic than 1G.
③The color fastness of 2G is much better than 1G. We have tested direct UV on our boards for thousands of hours and turns out 2G uv aging classification is △4-5.
