QUALITY CONTROL
Color stability control:
In order to reduce the color deviation in bulk productions, we control it from the raw material, mix the raw material and colorant with formulated percent, make sure the color sample match the color standard,and then the bulk will follow this color sample strictly to control the color.
Bulk production control:
Raw material purchased & bulk production controlled strictly to ensure our products’ competition in products’ surface grain, durability and color control.Some tests will be taken in our laboratory before the delivery, includes the boiling test, flexural test,UV aging test,enusre the good quality for the bulk.
PACKING & DELIVERY
Standard Package:
Indoor product(indoor wall panel,ceiling and timber tube)–carton package, outdoor product(outdoor decking ,cladding and timber tube)–woven bag package. Customized package such as packed with pallet can be provided.

Are wood plastic composite products environmentally friendly?
Yes. Because WPC will not splinter, warp or fade the way wood does, it dramatically reduces the wasteful cycle of repair and replacement and eliminates the frequent application of environmentally harmful paint, sealers and stains.
Does WPC fade?
All the WPC product will fade a little after it is exposed to the sun and undergoes the weather. The anti-UV additives are added to reduce the fading and it will be much suitable for outdoor application. During the first 3 months, the color may fade a little with a approximated percentage of 5% to 10%, this will not affect the overall effect. After that, the color will stay in a stable level through the lifetime of the product.
How to store WPC products?
WPC products are much heavier than wood with the same volume. It should be placed on the flat floor for long time storage to prevent warping. We usual suggest customer to use galvanized steel pallet for WPC packing.
What's the lifetime value of WPC?
Because WPC never rots or warps, painting and staining is not required, however with pressure-treated wood decks, these costs add up over time. After four years, the total cost of owning a WPC deck equals the cost of a pressure-treated wood deck. Over the life of the purchase, WPC offers a far greater value than wood. Clean it twice a year and you're done so you can spend more time enjoying your outdoor living space, rather than working on it.
