The warranty period of the WPC wall and ceiling panel is run from the day of the order to obtain a certain period of time. If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it for free. For warranty repairs, please contact our customer service department for specific measures. We will try our best to solve your problem.

QUALITY CONTROL
Color stability control:
In order to reduce the color deviation in bulk productions, we control it from the raw material, mix the raw material and colorant with formulated percent, make sure the color sample match the color standard, and then the bulk will follow this color sample strictly to control the color.
Bulk production control:
Raw material purchased & bulk production controlled strictly to ensure our products’ competition in products’ surface grain, durability and color control. Some tests will be taken in our laboratory before the delivery, includes the boiling test, flexural test, UV aging test, ensure the good quality for the bulk.

How to clean or maintenance WPC fence?
Use tool clear the miscellaneous articles or objects of the profiles space in order to keep good drainage.
How is the packing of the WPC?
We use fumigated wooden pallets with container easy-loading structure. The pallet will be covered with plastic film and tightened by belts. Customized packing is also workable with us.
How long will it take to produce a 20GP container?
It takes about 10-15 days for one 20GP container.
If there is one piece of the decking board broken, do we need to remove all the decking board to repair it?
No. If replace the broken decking, you need to break the clips of both sides of the broken decking and then take the broken decking out, it's easy.
